The Radiology & Imaging Department provides accurate diagnostic imaging services that support clinical decision-making across all hospital specialities. Facilities include digital X-ray, ultrasound, colour Doppler, CT scan and MRI with reporting by qualified radiologists.
Emergency imaging is available 24×7 for trauma, stroke, acute abdomen and critical care patients. Fast-track reporting ensures treating doctors receive timely information for urgent management decisions.
Specialised studies such as mammography, obstetric ultrasound, musculoskeletal imaging, neuro-imaging and vascular Doppler are performed using modern equipment and standardised protocols. Radiation safety measures and ALARA principles are strictly followed.
Image-guided procedures including ultrasound-guided aspirations, biopsies and drain placements support minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment. PACS digital archiving enables secure storage and retrieval of reports and images for follow-up care.
Radiology maintains close collaboration with every clinical department, delivering precise imaging, clear reporting and reliable diagnostic support for optimal patient care.
