Urology

The Urology Department provides medical and surgical care for diseases of the kidneys, ureters, bladder, prostate and male reproductive system. We treat kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate enlargement, urological cancers, incontinence and congenital urological anomalies.

Endourological procedures including ureteroscopy, laser stone fragmentation (RIRS/PCNL) and minimally invasive stone removal reduce the need for open surgery. Patients receive pain management, hydration counselling and metabolic evaluation to prevent stone recurrence.

Prostate conditions including benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer are evaluated using clinical examination, PSA testing and imaging. Surgical options range from endoscopic resection to advanced laparoscopic procedures depending on the diagnosis.

Male infertility, erectile dysfunction and andrology services are offered with privacy and sensitivity. Paediatric urology referrals and female urology concerns are managed in coordination with gynaecology where needed.
